Always been exceptionally helpful and any issues within my flat have been rectified quickly and efficiently. This evening Richard has even been out to me to let me in after I locked myself out and didnt have access to my spare set. As a regulated property manager myself I was very wary when looking for a property to let, knowing too well the bad side of our industry, but I would highly recommend Alex McCarthy.
As a landlord with a property with Alex McCarthy, I can't praise them high enough. They have always gone the extra mile to help and are very professional dealing with us and the clients. They have to be so careful these days when letting properties and the clients must expect to provide all the relevant books and provide evidence they can afford these properties, that's there job, and they do it to the best of their ability, and as a landlord of many years standing with this company they are the best and I thoroughly recommend them.
The worst estate agency .. well ... the most unprofessional agents I've ever meetDidn't bother to listen my situation and already assumed that I'm not wordy for the property (made me feel so sad and frustrated)I don't know if the manager or the owner and also the landlords are aware of how unprofessional people are dealing with.. inhuman They sound treat everyone as equals (The property is on the letting market for weeks, even they had to drop of the price for the rent) not fair for the landlords and for the tenants as well
