Great for trail running. The east side of the road is walking only but venture to the west side and you can run along and up and down the bike tracks. Lots of routes and customisation posible with short sharp hills (ideal for hill reps). Can hear traffic more in the Winter as the leaves fall but feels isolated in summer. A large enough space to feel lost amongst the trees and nature.
I've heard it's a good spot if your into dogging

Great car park for walks in the woods. A few picnic tables nearby. The car park is bigger than it first appears when you drive in - most people were parking near the gate when I was there but a bit I couldn't see from there was totally empty.
