Dreadful company who really come up with excuse after excuse as to why there have been delays with your paperwork. I had to phone the court myself to get a copy of my decree Nisi as the company took so long to get the document to me. They were paid in advance for a final settlement order and this has still not been finalised over a year later. Emails are full of excuses if they are even answered. May 2916
My experience has been far from pleasant. I made contact with Simply Divorce at the beginning of April 2015 I was sent a letter to confirm on the 7th April and I made payment a week later. I was advised this would take up to 4 months. I am still waiting. I was then apologised to in September and was told I'd get 40 vouchers for the inconvenience needless to say I never received them. I have called and emailed and no one has responded or answered the phone. Very shocked at this poor service/company.
