I have stopped going here after four years because of poor customer service. They often change the hairdresser I had booked in with without explaining why or warning me before booking. I have had six different hairdressers over the time and just got fed up with it. Plus side is they have massage chairs and are open late.

The color was ok but asked for layers and the guy only cut the ends. Not coming back
