It was hard for me at first, giving time I have come to enjoy the difference has made in my life, I feel like I have more energy and feeling good, great place to go recommend it to anyone that needs to get fit and feel better about themselves.
Been using this centre for over 10 years now, always a great place to visit.

Staff really lovely and helpful, I like the equipment. Mornings are nice and quiet to get to use everything when I need to
