Disgusting level of build quality and customer service. Bed broken no less than 3 times in 9 months with normal use, and now they are (quite rudely) insinuating that it's our fault, despite the bed being used with the manufacturers guidelines and built according to the manufacturers instructions, and are now refusing to honour their much acclaimed warranty. The only thing these beds are good for is scrap wood. You definitely get what you pay for.
I was not sure after reading some of the reviews wether to order from them or not. However the single beds we ordered arrived earlier than expected and are sturdy and I am pleased with them.Unfortunately one of the parts of one of the beds is damaged . I ordered through there parts portal this morning the replacement part . Less than 2hours later I've had the tracking number for the replacement part .Things do go wrong that's life . What makes the difference is how the business responds to the issue I can genuinely recommend this company and will be using them again .
