Absolute shambles of a branch. Bad attitude from certain staff. Bad customer service. If your a first time seller it's a crime to ask questions. I was appauled by the level of service and delay in picking up vehicles. Please note: I am not complaining about the vehicles from here as any person with head screwed on knows it's a gamble with the cars being good/bad. I'm actually complaining about the customer service reception staff. Awful experience seems like staff are bringing their personal problems to work. Disgusting never again!
It was really quick to get all the pickup papers signed and processed but the wait for the car was ages. It took them about 2 hours to bring our vehicle. The toilets at this location are also closed.
Credit to the business planNot to disclose important information yet advertise as run and drive(it turned on and moved 5 feet) Yet having a membership pledge protection that doesnt even exist! Its all worded in favor of Copart Its funny because when I bought from Copart Dubai nothing went wrong and the wording was honest. Maybe its because Dubai is more stricter on honesty so they cannot lie! As in Uk they could get away with anything as if you do take them to court the legal fees would come up around the same price of the car! Shame on them
Dont even bother buying from this branch! Have used Copart many occasions without any issues, this is the worst branch full of liars.Car described as run and drive, obviously they hid all of the warning lights from the dashboard image so yes it could turn on and go up to 10mph. I was still on there yard and the car broke down. They said they are not responsible! What happened to membership pledge protection? They con you in order to sell the car because if they was honest then they would know no one would buy them!The quing area is ridiculous, the place doesnt even have toilets! To sum upBeen scammed out of X amount of money by liars and theifs and this branch is an expert at doing these things! Be warned
Be aware . Do not buy any cars from this site. They are selling cars with blown head gaskets , missing parts , missing airbags, missing catalytic converters, burnt BSI, broken alternator, not working start stop, old battery, cables cuts and repaired badly, etc. You can not identify those faults on yards after receiving the car. I think someone repairing very badly broken cars and supplying this site. They looks like new with minimal damage, but it's too good to be true and you have to spend fortune to repair if its repairable. Do not buy those cars at all. I spend 10 months and thousands to repair 17 reg car with minimal damage. This site have to be shut down. Very bad boys working there. Do not trust them if they tell you, that you are buying very good car
